Florentine Floors, Inc. is proud to announce the availability of training on acid staining and other decorative concrete techniques. There are three alternatives available: hands on group training for the applicator, private training on a job site for the applicator and seminars for architects, engineers, designers and builders.

Training Classes – Florentine Floors takes a unique approach to the training process with two options available. After attending several training classes and seminars it was obvious that no one in the industry teaches a student how to undertake a job from start to finish. Most training is designed to teach application techniques or how to apply a single manufacturer’s products. Florentine Floors will teach the student(s) the entire process from assessing the concrete substrate, testing the substrate, demolition techniques, cleaning and taping, design, cutting concrete, staining, and sealing. We cover a variety of material options and how to match a sealer to the intended use.

Training Option 1 - The student would arrive in Temecula on a Sunday and plan to depart on a Friday. The training tracks through a project with one of the Florentine Floors crews. Jon, the owner, will provide most of the one on one instruction as we cover a detailed written training guide. The student is free to participate in hands on training to the extent they desire at each step of the process. Designed for the individual who wants to start a business or expand an existing business.
